work hard to make our website easy for you to find what you are
looking for and to place your order.
If you have any difficulty ordering from our web site, please

You may place your order online through our secure
shopping cart system or if you prefer, call us to place your order.
Whichever way you prefer to place your order, we accept the
following payment options:

Shipping Policies:

Your shipping options are important to us.
SHIPPING / HANDLING CHARGES WITHIN THE UNITED
STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES:
- UPS
Rates: Ground - ST1 will average $12.00 each shipping
charges. Larger quantities are discounted. For
example, 4 total $25.50, or $6.38 each.
2nd Day Air rates average 2.8X ground rates. Next day
air rates are 3.5X ground rates. ALL RATES QUOTED ARE
APPROXIMATE. YOUR ACTUAL CHARGES MAY VARY.
- All
orders will be shipped within 5 business days after
receipt of order. On rare occasions we will
be out of stock on certain items and deliveries may be
delayed a few days beyond this. At time of inquiry or
order you will be notified of the expected ship date.
- Normally,
most all items on our site are in stock for next
day shipment.
- Handling
charges will average $5.00 per ST1 unit. Our printed Teachers
Guide has a $2.00 Handling charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, HANDLING and OTHER CHARGES:
- For
all orders shipped UPS Worldwide: Delivery times and
charges will vary depending on location, 5 – 7 business
days is typical for most countries.
- We
use DHL, USPS, FedEx and UPS Worldwide for shipping
internationally and may use other carriers as needed.
- We
will ship via your carrier/freight forwarder if you provide
us your account and contact information.
- Handling
charges will average $5.00 per ST1 unit. Our printed Teachers
Guide has a $2.00 Handling charge.

There will be a $35.00 fee for all wire transfers.

We will not reimburse any customer for customs, tax or duty
expenses on shipments. We have no control over these
expenses in the receiving country. Our main product is
classified as an instrument or model designed for
demonstrational purposes in education. As such the units
and accessories are classified under the US Harmonized
Tariff schedule as 9023.00.0000, free of duty for
international shipments.

number of women filled out our registration form, but we would

that we may track how you used our website. We only use this

patterns of shopping and how we can improve upon our user's
shopping experience. If you place on order online, we track your

If we detect an instance of cyber crime, we will report all data
immediately to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Cyber Crime
Division immediately.
Your company name, (optionally provided), may be used in our
web pages' client listing without seeking additional written
confirmation or approval from you.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable
information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones
described above without also providing you an opportunity to
opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

by credit card, this transaction runs through yet another layer

What's more, we further encrypt your credit card information
temporarily -- in case there is a problem with your billing.
This encrypted credit card information is retained for no more
than 30 days.
