We have tried to make ordering
products from NCMR Company easy. With a few
clicks of your mouse and some information from you, one can
"place" products into your "shopping cart"
and purchase these items using your credit card, be it
a personal or corporate American Express, VISA, Discover or MasterCard,
a company check, a wire transfer, or a Purchase Order.
Shipping or
Carriage Charges:
Your shipping charge will be calculated at the time of your
order and these charges are visible in the shopping cart.
For domestic shipments, you may choose "FedEx Ground", "2nd Day
Air" or "Next Day Air" from the drop down box. All
international shipments are shipped Air via UPS by choosing
"International" from the drop down box. You will be
notified by e-mail of your shipment. A link on this e-mail
will bring you back to our site where you may view details of
your order. When we ship, the status of your order will be
"shipped" or "complete" and there will appear a way bill number
link so you may track in your shipment, if desired. We
try to ship your items within three days after receiving your
order. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY! If you
have an urgent request, please call us at 214-642-0022 to
discuss your need.
We offer four methods of payment. A wire transfer is
required for international transactions when a credit card
charge is not possible.
- Credit Card
We process your credit
card through
Secure Pay via their
secure credit card
processing web site. After you have added your
items to the shopping cart, choose the "Credit Card" method of payment and enter
your information on the next page. You may also call us at (214) 642-0022, to place your order
over the phone with your credit card. We accept American Express, VISA, Master Card and Discover cards, worldwide.
"NCMR COMPANY" will appear on your credit card statement
for all transactions through our site.
- Purchase Order
NCMR Company LLC accepts purchase
orders issued to our company and will invoice you for the
amount due. Our billing terms are Net 30 days for
purchase orders.
After you have added your items to the
shopping cart, choose the "PO" (Purchase Order) option as the
method
of payment. Be sure to print the order confirmation page
for your records. You must also fax your PO to us at (972) 675-1150. Our terms are NET 30
and we request that you pay within those terms or before.
- Company Check
Company
checks, made out to NCMR Company LLC are also accepted.
After you have added your items to the shopping cart, choose the
"PO" (Purchase Order) option as the method of payment and put your check number
in the PO number field. Please mail us your check to
the address below. Be sure to print
the order confirmation page for your records.
Sorry, but Personal Checks are not accepted.
- Wire Transfer (Required for
international purchases who are not sending checks or using
credit cards)
Usually, wire transfers are required for foreign
companies desiring our products. After you have added your items to the shopping cart, choose the
"Wire Transfer" option as the method of payment.
Wire transfers must be
deposited in our bank prior to shipment of product. There
will be a $35.00 fee for all wire transfers.
Contact us for
our bank account number. See below for the balance of
information needed. Your wire transfers will go to Bank
of America N.A..
IMPORTANT NOTE!
In all cases, you will receive
and e-mail confirmation of your order.
If you do not
receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number, we do not
have your order. Call us immediately at (214) 642-0022 and
we will assist you in the ordering process.
Our main product is classified as an instrument or model
designed for demonstrational purposes in education. As
such the units and accessories are classified under the US
Harmonized Tariff schedule as 9023.00.0000, free of duty for
international shipments.
